You have to follow the 3 steps, and you can make your Adsense account approved only in 3 days.

 Step 1: Turn on your channel monetization. Get this monetization.  

Step 2: Continue to “YouTube Partner Program”, and “Sign up for AdSense” and “Set monetization preferences ads type run”. Wait 1-3 days to be approved , adsense team send confirmation mail on you’r email.
